Just came back from my trip to Sabah last weekend, where I climbed, reached the peak of Mount Kinabalu at 4,095 metres/ 13,435 feet!

Thursday:
Marketing and breakfast at KK town with Nico, Sheline and Esther's mum
Afternoon was spent driving off to Kota Kinabalu Park
Yummy BBQ dinner at Rock Hostel, super pig out, man!

Friday:
1st half of Mountain Climbing - 6 hours climbing up 2/3 of the mountain
Reached the Laban Rata Resthouse before pm, had "chicken noodle soup"
At bed by 7pm!

Saturday:
Woke up at 1 am for the cold journey to the peak!
Reached the peak at sunrise, surpassing steep, scary slopes and wet white ropes, woohoo! :)
Spent the rest of the day climbing back down... we were slow, but got down safely without injury - and were rewarded with our colored certificates hehe!

Had a real Chinese dinner and went to Poring Hot Springs for the night :)

Sunday
Quick dip in hot spring, then had to leave for 2.5 hour trip back to town...
Super early Air Asia flight so had to say goodbye ahead of everyone
Saw Andrew E, Rica Peralejo and Kimpee de Leon on the same flight - celebrities are flying budget now too!


Met a lot of great people during those 4 days, galing talaga maghire ng Maersk ng tao haha. Will definitely go back to KK or KL soon! :)

i'm sure you had a major blast in KK!!! terence & i have been wanting to go to the beaches there in KK. kakainggit naman your vacation heeheehee!! miss you dahlin!! mwah mwah ;)
